One Knightsbridge

One Knightsbridge is a landmark office building situated on the south side of Knightsbridge between the two high-profile thoroughfares of Knightsbridge and Grosvenor Crescent. The impressive building with a full-height atrium was recently refurbished to lend it an imposing, contemporary feel. The atrium cladding was sprayed to a stunning finish by sub-contractors SiteSpray using our AquaGrip High Adhesion Paint.

BREEAM RATING

AquaGrip was specially chosen for the project for its BREEAM Rating and low environmental impact. The water-based paint which has a very low VOC level of less than 68 g/l considerably improves indoor air quality compared to solvent-based paints. Also being a self-priming, fast-drying and low-odour paint, Aquagrip allowed the project to be carried out with minimal disruption in one of the busiest parts of London.
