AquaGrip was used to overcoat a previously painted metal pan ceiling. Overcoating previously painted surfaces like this can be very challenging but using AquaGrip, a clean look was achieved with a great sheen level and there was no bridging so access to the void has been maintained as the tiles can easily be removed and replaced.
